Aluminum disc is specialized products that are mostly used in the production of cookware, gas containers, automobiles parts etc., CNC disc blanking line is specially designed for these discs production requirements, the equipments is according to coil width and circle diameter and automatic choose the most appropriate layout method, improve the material utilization. The material utilization can reach above 80%, and is far superior to the other circle blanking method.

Our laser cutting line using a laser cutting machine to fly cut (follow cutting) during the movement of the strip. The purpose is to solve the problem of rapid cutting of continuous metal and non-metallic strips without molds, in order to reduce the investment and mold consumption costs of the equipment, and effectively improve the utilization rate of materials.
